East Central Health of Georgia

East Central Health District

For more than 3 decades, “Project Impact” a program of DPH-East Central Health District has been preventing the spread of HIV and helping those impacted by HIV/AIDS live well. Our holistic, client-centered approach provides a variety of services including but not limited to HIV Testing, STD Testing, Free Condoms, PrEP, and now HIV Medical Care. We strive to address the roots of need including stigma and inequality – to improve health and wellness for everyone we serve.

Our services expand across the East Central Health District (13) counties and Aiken/Edgefield County in South Carolina.

PI Prevention

PI Prevention provides FREE HIV Testing & Condoms, PrEP, and PEP.  In addition to those services, we offer an array of culturally sensitive counseling and educational programs to help stop the spread of HIV. These programs can help individuals choose the tools needed to stay HIV negative.
