There will be a commissioners’ briefing tomorrow at 12:00 noon (September 6, 2005) on the 8th floor of the Municipal Building to update the commissioners on the response efforts to the Patients/Incident Displaced Persons relocation to the Augusta area. Dr. Frank Rumph, Health Director of the East Central Health District and Commissioner of Health for the Richmond County Health Department will provide information to the commissioners as it pertains to the planning efforts upon receiving the evacuees.
