| The mobile clinic will bring many health services directly to you and the communities we serve.
If you put off getting the health care you need because you do not have transportation or you live too far from your county health department, the Mobile Health Clinic will make it easier for you. Handicap Access: If you use a wheelchair, the chair lift will help you get into the Mobile Health Clinic, making it easier to access care. We are committed to help men, women, children, infants, teens and families in east-central Georgia get the health care you want and need. |

Do I need an Appointment?
You can make an appointment by calling the toll free number 1-877-884-9346.
Appointments are required for physical exams.
We welcome Walk-Ins, if you do not have an appointment.

What services can I get at the Mobile Health Clinic?
People of all ages and their families can get the care services they need at our health department on wheels. These include:

*Other services may be offered when a Nurse Practitioner (NP) is on the Mobile Clinic. These include sports physicals, primary care services, and other services. You can call 1-877-884- WEGO(9346) to check if a NP is on the Mobile Clinic the day you want to go there.
Our Mobile Health Clinic can help meet many health needs in rural areas. We want to help every resident be able to access prevention services, primary care, testing, and health education.

The Mobile Clinic will be on the road soon – in October 2025. You can view the schedule on this webpage.
The Mobile Clinic will be in different counties Monday – Thursday, except holidays.
It will be in Richmond County on Friday mornings.
We are just starting our Mobile Health Clinic journey, so our locations may vary.
